What time does Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park open for admission for the Joliet Blues Festival?

            2:00 p.m.

What items are prohibited from being brought onto festival grounds?

·        BBQ Grills

·        Fireworks/Explosives of any type

·        Illegal Substances or weapons

·        Pop-up Tents/Canopies

·        Beach or Picnic Umbrellas

·        Flag Poles

May I bring alcohol into the Park?

No outside alcohol is ever permitted in Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park.  Beer, wine and limited mixed drinks will be available for purchase on site.  Alcohol sales end at 10:00 p.m.

Is food available in the Park?

Food will be available for purchase from the concession stand in the main Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park building by the band shell. Concessions can be purchased throughout the Park, including from the food trucks and other authorized food vendors in the park.

Can I bring a folding chair and blanket into the Joliet Blues Festival in Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park? 

Yes. 

 What about items I lost or found in the Park?

To inquire about lost or found items in the park, please call 815-724-3761 or come to the front desk inside the main park building. 

 

May I bring a picnic basket?

No.  NO outside food or drink is allowed during festivals at Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park.  

What is the rain policy?

The show will go on if possible.  There will be no rescheduled performances.  No refunds in case of rain. 

 

Are recording devices allowed during a concert?

Professional photography, video or recording devices are prohibited at all concerts.  HOWEVER, we would love for you to post short videos, photos, selfies, etc. during the show and tag us and your favorite artists/bands!  #jbf19   #JolietBluesFestival2019   #bipark                  @JolietBluesFestival
